Nahid closed our first house sale before it even hit the public MLS forum within asking and the conditions we wanted. This in turn relieved us of: 1) the stressful and inconvenient process of showing our home to all kinds of strangers all hours of the day; 2) the cost of having to make home improvements to appease a broad viewing audience; and 3) the costs of staging/marketing the property. Our second home was an assignment purchase which is a complicated sale structure on it’s own, but was unfortunately subject to further complications by the sellers agent imparting significantly flawed misinformation. Eventually, we secured our 3bed 3bath 3storey for $470 psf, which is now selling for approx $1,000 psf. Thereby over doubling our initial investment. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and Nahid’s role in both transactions.

Nahid is an amazing realtor who goes above & beyond for all of his clients – regardless of if they’re buying/selling a home, or looking for a tenant/rental. It was my first experience using a realtor to list my rental unit and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process answering my many questions.
Given the COVID restrictions and hurdles, he still went above and beyond to ensure I received applications from top quality potential tenants. He was very considerate of the current tenant’s comfort level with unit viewings given the pandemic, and did everything possible to keep all parties safe.
To top things off, he managed all of this while I, as his client, was living in another province and time zone!
